Plan questions answered

Can I join if RMD didn't install my boiler?
Yes. We accept any make or model of gas boiler. We may carry out an initial assessment on your first visit to record the boiler's condition and identify any existing issues.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice at any time. If you cancel before your first service has been carried out, a pro-rata charge for the service will apply.
Does the Care Plan cover repairs or breakdown?
The Care Plan covers your annual service only — it is not a breakdown or repair insurance policy. If repairs are needed during your service, these are quoted and agreed separately at our standard rates.
How do I pay?
Monthly by direct debit via GoCardless. Setup takes a couple of minutes and payments are collected automatically on the same day each month.
