An annual service by a Gas Safe engineer maintains your warranty, maximises efficiency and catches small problems before they become expensive ones.
Most boiler breakdowns are preventable. An annual service takes around an hour and can save you hundreds — by catching worn parts early, maintaining efficiency and keeping your warranty valid.
Most manufacturers require annual servicing to honour their warranty. If your boiler breaks down and you can't prove it's been serviced, your claim may be rejected.
Our annual service covers every element of your boiler's safety and performance — not just a visual check.
We test the flue gases to confirm your boiler is burning fuel efficiently and safely. This is the most critical safety check of the service.
All safety devices are tested including the pressure relief valve, overheat thermostat and gas valve — to confirm they'll function when needed.
Burner, heat exchanger, electrodes and seals are inspected and cleaned. We check for any signs of wear, cracking or deterioration.
We check and adjust your system pressure and expansion vessel charge, and inspect for any signs of leaks across the system.
Boiler controls, programmer and thermostat are tested to confirm they're operating correctly and communicating with your boiler.
We complete your boiler's service record and issue a signed service report. Landlords receive a CP12 Gas Safety Certificate where applicable.

per month — annual service included
Best value: On the Care Plan, your annual service is included in your monthly payment. At £150 per year versus £85 for a one-off service, you're getting the remainder of the year's cover and priority booking for an extra £65 — less than two call-out call charges.
Don't wait until your boiler tells you there's a problem.
